Product Description
Introduction
The 2040 FC fiber laser cutting machine is specially designed for cutting metal coils with a thickness of less than 3mm. With an open type structure, it is very convenient to load and unload material from the machine bed and also observe the whole cutting process. It can realize uncoiling, feeding, cutting, and unloading materials automatically without human intervention. It improves work efficiency and saves human labor significantly.
Advantages
1. The weight of the loaded material can reach 20T, breaking through the feeding limit of ordinary 3T, which is 6 times the efficiency of ordinary feeding equipment.
2. Stronger stress relief: After the coil is uncoiled, the sheet is leveled by a leveling machine, which eliminates the stress of the sheet during the leveling process. The result is a flatter sheet and a better cutting experience.
3. High-precision transmission structure: Ultra-precision transmission system is adopted, and the transmission accuracy of sheet metal is about ±0.5MM, which can ensure higher precision.
4. Fully automatic assembly line: from loading-uncoiling-leveling-cutting-unloading, the whole process is fully automated, which can realize zero waste of coils and improve the utilization efficiency of plates.
5. The design of the isolated working area is adopted to keep the cutting area closed, to ensure safe operation and to prevent the leakage of dust generated by cutting, and to ensure a clean and tidy working area.
