Introduction
This 1530SPT-A plate and tube integrated fiber laser cutting machine is one of the most high-end products of DXTECH. It is equipped with top-level configurations, including drive motors, cutting systems and other imported components.
In addition, it is also equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system, which can realize one-time loading and automatic cutting, saving manpower and improving work efficiency by at least 70%.

The highly automated laser cutting loading and unloading process integrates automation and informatization, covering powerful functions such as work task assignment, automatic loading and unloading of cutting plates, and automatic cutting, and truly realizes fully automatic production.
2. The high-strength steel plate welded bed adopts the groove welding process, which prevents the welded joint from cracking. In addition, the bed is subjected to internal stress annealing, which guarantees its durability and zero deformation rate.
3. The machine's partition dust removal function has been optimized for efficient operation. The bed features a smoking pipe outside its perimeter, which collects the irritating high-temperature smoke generated by the cutting area. The smoke is then discharged after undergoing dust reduction treatment, enabling green processing.

Fully automatic double pneumatic chuck 1. One-click chuck opening and automatic centering will reduce the waiting time for loading and unloading.
2. Pneumatic clamp: with large and constant damping force, the heavy pipe is not loose or slipped, which guarantees cutting accuracy.
3. The special support frame can avoid the sagging deformation of the pipe, improve the cutting accuracy, and prolong the service life of the chuck.
Intelligent focusing laser head
1. With a fully upgraded dust-proof design featuring double-layer protection, the risk of lens contamination is virtually eliminated.
2. The collimating mirror, focusing mirror, and nozzle are equipped with a cooling structure to prevent overheating during use.
Thick-walled carbon steel plate welding bed
1. The heavy-duty design of the bed ensures that it remains deformation-free for many years, providing superior strength and high tensile properties.
2. Rectangular tubes with thicker walls than those found in common machines are utilized, which are well-welded to make the flatbed more stable during laser cutting of sheet metal, stainless steel plate, iron sheet, and other materials.
