Product Description
The metal tube fiber laser cutting machine is specially designed for tubes, which improves the cutting quality and efficiency, and is easy to operate. This affordable metal tube laser cutting machine is equipped with a fiber laser unit with laser power from 1kw to 4kw. This fiber laser cutting machine is used for cutting metal pipes such as round pipes and square pipes. Widely used in oil pipelines, sports equipment, water pipes, various pipelines and other industries.
(1) Heavy-duty mechanical structure
Adopting high-quality carbon steel welding bed, it is more stable and durable. The high-strength machine tool adopts 600 ºC stress relief annealing treatment, which has strong structural rigidity, small deformation, and low vibration to ensure cutting accuracy.
(2)Pneumatic self-centering chuck
It has the advantages of high clamping accuracy, fast speed, self-centering gear linkage, and strong pipe loading capability of 120kg.
(3)Split automatic support device
The intelligent tube rack solves the deformation problem during the cutting of long metal pipes.
(4)Autofocus
Without human interference, the focusing speed can reach 10m/min, and the repeatability is about 50 microns.
