Product Description
DXTECH ground rail super large format laser cutting machine adopts ground track design, and dust removal adopts one side blowing and one side suction method. This series of standard models are 2560mm/25120mm, which can meet the cutting needs of customers with different large-format processing sizes of plates. The bed is welded with super heavy pipes, and stress relief annealing technology is applied to ensure high strength and stability; the table is separated from the two sides of the track design, and the table is placed on the ground alone to effectively ensure the load-bearing problem.
Features
1. Oversized processing format
The maximum processing format can reach 2500mm*12000mm, and the maximum thickness of the plate can be cut to 25mm. It can meet the requirements of large-format processing. Customized formats are supported.
2. High-strength split plate welding bed
Optimize the transportation plan so that it can be loaded into the general container of 20'GP and 40'HQ. Reduce the transportation cost, and the transportation cost is only 1/3 of the frame container transportation.
3. Split frame support table
Reduce the load of the bed structure, decrease the impact of material rushing on the bed structure, ensure the accuracy of the machine, and improve the loading weight of the table.
4. Subdivided Fluid Domain Dusting
The smoke exhaust device automatically senses the laser cutting position to open precise smoke exhaust, closes the non-cutting area for smoke exhaust, fully enclosed smoke control increases suction, and removes smoke to the greatest extent.
5. Replaceable Independent burn-proof sheet metal
Reduce the erosion of slag injection on the bed and improve the life of the bed.
